Our consortium brings together representatives from nine European countries and comprises a total of 13 partners plus one associated partner. InnoProtein includes key actors from the food chain, focusing on alternative protein and bio-material production, and involving producers, transformation and regulatory experts. This full range of partners come from the industrial, social (NGO), and academic sectors (universities and research centres), bringing diverse perspectives to the table. The results is an integrated approach in the development process for optimal protein-rich products.
