INNOPROTEIN: THE TRANSITION TOWARDS GREENER, TASTIER AND NEWER PROTEINS

The article discusses the growing threat to the environmental, social, and economic system by 2050 due to population growth and the increasing demand for protein-rich food. Here are presented the solutions InnoProtein want to offer to solve this problem
